Vinyasa Flow

Experience the seamless flow of your breath from pose to pose, while building strength and expanding your flexibility through fluid movements.

Ashtanga

Originating from Hatha yoga, and meaning ‘eight limbs’, incorporating more dynamic and athletic motions to gain control and awareness of your body while improving your focus, balance and coordination.

Restorative

For more of a slow pace, meditative form of yoga. Switch off your mind and sooth your nervous system through longer poses and deeper breathing.
